📌 Job Title: MIS Executive (Male)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hoc MIS reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, macros) .

Collect, clean, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy .

Analyze data trends and patterns to generate actionable insights for business units .

Automate repetitive tasks and workflows with VBA/macros to improve efficiency .

Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to understand reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain databases and troubleshoot discrepancies to uphold data integrity.

Create clear presentations or visualizations for management decision support.

🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills

1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or related roles .

Advanced MS Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, macros, conditional formatting .vv

Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) to support reporting and presentations.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate and present insights.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive approach, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
