Skills & Responsibilities:

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Handle customer requests via emails and calls, and provide solutions along with backend operational support

• Schedule engineer visits to customer sites

• Follow up with customers for site preparation

• Coordinate with engineers to address any installation challenges and ensure timely service (within TAT)

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Basic decision-making ability

• Computer proficiency is a must

• Should have a strong sense of integrity and a customer-first attitude

• Must be open to a flexible working schedule
