Backend Executive

A CCTV Monitoring Executive monitors live and recorded footage from CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity, maintain safety, and ensure security, while also managing equipment, documenting incidents, and coordinating with relevant teams. Key responsibilities include staying vigilant, responding to alerts, maintaining surveillance logs, assisting with investigations by providing footage, and performing routine equipment checks. The role requires strong observation skills, computer literacy, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a thorough understanding of security protocols and privacy laws.  

Key Responsibilities

• Surveillance:

  Continuously monitor live and recorded CCTV footage for suspicious activities, security hazards, or violations. 

• Incident Response:

  Promptly respond to alarms and incidents by notifying security personnel, emergency services, or relevant managers. 

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate logs of all surveillance activities, incidents, and equipment malfunctions. 

• Reporting:

  Prepare daily, weekly, or incident-specific reports and provide relevant video footage for further analysis or investigations. 

• Equipment Maintenance:

  Conduct regular checks on CCTV equipment and coordinate with technical teams for timely maintenance and repairs. 

• Coordination:

  Collaborate with on-site security personnel, other departments, and law enforcement when necessary.
