Roles & Responsibilities

  • Pick up incoming calls and respond to WhatsApp inquiries

  • Call leads and explain the services clearly

  • Understand basic queries and guide women accordingly

  • Manage day-to-day communication with interested users

  • Maintain basic follow-ups and coordination

  • Manage CRM: update lead details, track interactions, and maintain data

  • Create simple social media content (reels, posts, WhatsApp content)

  • Write articles, newsletters, and captions.

  • Post content regularly on Instagram / WhatsApp

  • Assist in planning weekly content

  • Bring simple ideas to increase reach and engagement
