Job Description

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team at VK And Sons Developers Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Real Estate. The role offers ₹25000 - ₹35000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make Draft Agreements -MOU, Cam & Rent

· Make Different Documents ( As Per Advise Of Seniors )

· Made Draft Of Demand Letters

· Photocopies Of Assured Return Cheques And Place Them Into Files

· Maintaining Dakh Records Which Sent To The Sites

· ALL Data Records in register also in excel sheet using also Google platform like sheets ,form, keep, slides

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
