Job Summary
The Back Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative and operational tasks, supporting the sales team, maintaining records, coordinating vehicle documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain customer, sales, and vehicle records.
Prepare invoices, quotations, delivery documents, and reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for vehicle booking and delivery processes.
Handle RTO-related documentation and registration records.
Maintain stock records of vehicles and accessories.
Process finance and insurance documentation.
Follow up with customers for pending documents and payments.
Update data in Excel, CRM, or dealership management software.
Manage filing and record-keeping of all showroom documents.
Coordinate with accounts for billing and payment-related activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and record management.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of dealership or showroom operations is preferred.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in back-office operations (preferred).
Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Reporting To
Showroom Manager / Branch Manager.
