Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Process customer purchase orders and generate sales orders in the ERP/CRM system.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Dispatch, and Accounts for timely order execution.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Follow up on quotations, inquiries, pending orders, deliveries, and payments.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the sales team.
Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets through timely backend support.
Coordinate logistics and dispatch schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
Support tender documentation and project-related paperwork when required.
Maintain proper filing of customer communications, contracts, and order documents.
Resolve customer queries by coordinating with internal departments.
Perform other sales administration and coordination activities assigned by management.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Backend Operations, preferably in the engineering, HVAC, manufacturing, or industrial products industry.
Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with ERP/CRM software.
Strong communication and email drafting skills.
Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.
