Backend Executive

We are looking for a Backend Executive to join our team . The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹18000 - ₹22000 salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations for electrical, and industrial products as per client inquiries.

• Understand RFQs, technical requirements, BOQs, and customer specifications.

• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and technical teams for pricing and availability.

• Maintain quotation records, follow-ups, and documentation.

• Support sales team with order-related documentation and client communication.

• Ensure timely submission of quotations and revisions as required.

• Update internal CRM and quotation tracking systems.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce / Business / Engineering preferred. ( NOT MANDATORY )

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
