Backend Executive

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support the post-production activities of aluminium formwork manufacturing. This role involves maintaining detailed records of manufacturing output, quality checks, dispatch schedules, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily production output records from the shop floor.

• Track and log completion of aluminium formwork components, including panels, beams, props, and accessories.

• Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to record inspection results and report any non-conformities.

• Maintain documentation related to packaging, dispatch, and post-production quality reports.

• Support dispatch planning by maintaining lists of ready-to-ship items and tracking inventory in coordination with the warehouse.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production status, delivery schedules, and post-production issues.

• Communicate production status to Sales, Design, and Project Coordination teams.

• Maintain digital records of production drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and revision histories.

• Ensure smooth administrative functioning by coordinating between design, production, and logistics teams.

• Keep accurate backup of all documents in physical and electronic formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in back office or production support role in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to read basic production documents or shop drawings (preferred but not mandatory).

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced industrial environment.
