Backend Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Executive to support our sales and online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, as well as a solid understanding of sales processes, data entry, and report generation.Manage and update product listings on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other B2B portals.

• Respond to customer inquiries and leads generated from online platforms.

• Coordinate with the sales team to process orders and follow up on leads.

• Maintain accurate sales data, customer records, and inventory information.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and lead reports.

• Perform regular data entry tasks and maintain database accuracy.

• Support digital marketing and lead generation efforts by optimizing listings.

• Assist in managing backend documentation, including quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.

• Track performance of online platforms and suggest improvements.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
