Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily operations. The role involves managing data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth backend support for different departments. The ideal candidate should be efficient, reliable, and able to multitask effectively while maintaining confidentiality of information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update company databases, records, and reports.

• Perform accurate data entry, documentation, and filing work.

• Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and other correspondence.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support day-to-day operations.

• Manage emails, phone calls, and other administrative communication.

• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior experience in back-office or administrative roles preferred.
