Backend Executive

We are looking for candidates to join our team as Backend Support Executives. He/She will help monitor the gaming platform, review player activity, handle reports, and ensure a fair and safe environment for all players. Training will be provided.

Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Belapur) 

Responsibilities:  

• Monitor player chats, reports, and gameplay activities.

• Identify abusive, suspicious, or policy-violating behaviour and take action as per guidelines.

• Review player tickets/complaints and provide correct resolutions.

• Update player data, maintain logs, and support backend operations.

• Escalate technical or critical issues to the respective team.

• Assist in basic game testing (UAT) and event monitoring.

• Maintain daily/weekly reports of moderation activities.

Required: 

• Exp: 0-2 years in backend support.

• Good written communication skills

• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.

• Basic computer knowledge (typing, MS Office, email handling).

• Ability to follow guidelines and work accurately.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
