We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Backend Executive to join our Organization. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are keen to build a career in the travel and tourism industry. The role involves supporting day-to-day office operations, backend processing, and assisting with ticket issuance and related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide backend and administrative support for daily travel operations
Assist in air ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds under supervision
Enter, update, and maintain customer and booking details in internal systems
Coordinate with sales, operations, and airline partners for booking confirmations
Prepare and share itineraries, invoices, and travel documents
Handle office-related tasks including documentation, filing, and data management
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes and timelines
Support the team with any additional operational or office work as required
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate or diploma holder (any stream)
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Willingness to learn travel systems, airline rules, and backend processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team
Ability to handle routine office work responsibly
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Basic understanding of travel/tourism industry
Exposure to GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) will be an added advantage
