Job Description

Handle and maintain customer and loan-related documents.
Verify and organize documents received from customers.
Prepare and update loan files as per company requirements.
Coordinate with customers for pending documents and information.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs regarding file processing and status updates.
Maintain accurate records and update data in Excel/CRM.
Follow up on pending documentation and loan applications.
Track the status of login, approval, sanction, and disbursement.
Coordinate with the sales and telecalling teams for smooth file processing.
Ensure timely completion of assigned backend activities.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
Prepare regular reports and provide updates to management.
Perform other backend and operational tasks assigned by the management.
