Backend Executive

Job Title: Back Office Executive (Bhalaswa, Delhi)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our dynamic team at our Bhalaswa (Delhi) office. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth order processing, client communication, and seamless coordination between sales, production, and logistics. Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication & Order Management

  • Regularly call existing clients to:

    • Take new orders

    • Seek approval on quotations

    • Update order status

    • Obtain delivery acknowledgements

    • Follow up on payments

    • Resolve complaints and queries promptly

• Production Coordination

  • Liaison with the production team to ensure timely processing of customer orders

  • Monitor for shortages, technical requirements, and resolve any production-related issues impacting order fulfillment

• Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

  • Finalize truck loads by clubbing orders of customers on the same route for efficient dispatch

  • Obtain quotes from transporters for truck routes and availability

  • Ensure trucks reach the production facility on time for dispatch

  • Follow up with truck drivers post-dispatch for real-time transit updates

• Delivery & Dispute Prevention

  • Monitor delivery of goods to clients, ensuring all items are delivered as per invoice

  • Record any damages or discrepancies at the time of delivery

  • Collect photo and video evidence from drivers to prevent disputes related to missing or damaged goods and avoid payment delays

Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred)

• Work Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in back office, sales support, or order processing roles (experience in manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG sectors is a plus)

• Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

  • Basic understanding of logistics and transportation processes

  • Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset

Location & Compensation

• Work Location: Bhalaswa, Delhi (Near Jahangirpuri Metro Station)

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
