Job OverviewFirst Adviser is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Backend Executive – Loan Filing to support our loan processing and documentation functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely management of all loan-related files and records.Key Responsibilities

Manage loan documentation and maintain accurate filing records.
Verify, organize, and update customer documents including KYC, income proof, and property papers.
Enter and update data in internal systems and CRMs efficiently.
Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams to resolve documentation gaps.
Follow up with clients or internal teams for pending paperwork.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold data security standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Graduate (Commerce or Finance background preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Prior experience in loan processing, backend operations, or BFSI sector will be an advantage.
