Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Backend Executive to support our sales and operations team. The candidate should have a strong background in electronics and prior experience in handling backend coordination, documentation, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales and business development teams with backend coordination.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documents.

• Maintain and update customer records, inquiries, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely execution of orders.

• Handle email communication with clients and suppliers.

• Assist in tender preparation and submission process.

• Ensure accuracy in documentation, reporting, and MIS preparation.

• Provide technical assistance in understanding product specifications (electronics-related).

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of electronics products and components.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multitasking.

• Detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
