CNCC – Control & Command Centre.
CNCC Executive – Role Description
As a CNCC Executive, you will be responsible for monitoring ATM locations from the Control & Command Centre through CCTV and surveillance systems.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor ATM locations continuously through camera surveillance.
Identify suspicious activities, fraud attempts, or unauthorized activities.
Monitor incidents such as ATM damage, wire cutting, gas cutting, theft attempts, or property damage.
Raise the appropriate alerts whenever any unusual activity is detected.
Follow the defined escalation process and inform the concerned team about incidents.
Maintain proper monitoring and alertness throughout the assigned shift.
Training: Complete training will be provided after joining. You will be trained on the monitoring system, different types of alerts, how to identify incidents, and the correct escalation process.
