Backend Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle online tender filing on various government and private portals (e.g., GeM, eProcurement, CPP, etc.).

• Prepare and organize tender documents, EMD, technical and financial bids.

• Check tender eligibility criteria, deadlines, and ensure accurate submission.

• Coordinate with internal departments for required documents, certificates, and quotations.

• Maintain records of all submitted tenders, follow-up on tender status, and prepare reports.

• Update management regularly on tender progress and results.

• Manage document scanning, uploading, and digital signature handling.
