Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Executive to manage and coordinate the export and domestic shipping activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth dispatch operations, documentation, and timely delivery of goods to clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily shipping and logistics operations for domestic and international shipments.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, bill of lading, airway bill, and export declarations.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, CHA (Custom House Agents), and courier services.

• Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, and other regulatory requirements.

• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries.

• Maintain and update shipping records and reports.

• Coordinate with the production and inventory teams to plan timely dispatches.

• Handle customer queries related to shipment status and documentation.

• Support in negotiating shipping rates and service terms with logistics partners.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
