Skills Required:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in backend sales tasks such as updating product descriptions,looking after international logistics, updating the customer data base by finding new lead, coordination and reporting
· Should have basic knowledge of sales and customer service practices

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Ensure consistency of product descriptions, pricing, Stock Keeping Units ( SKUs), tags, and categories across platform update inventory, stock syncs, and shipping settings
2. International Logistics: Manage international order flow from confirmation to dispatch
Monitor platform-specific metrics (e.g., Faire fulfilment rate, Etsy shop score) and ensure adherence to marketplace policies
Collaborate with logistics team to ensure on-time, cost-effective international shipping
Handle queries, returns, and customer communication on each platform
3. Sales and marketing:
Create and manage product listings across Faire, Etsy, and Shopify with optimized content and accurate details
Track product performance, reviews, and customer feedback to improve listings
4. Lead Research & Database Building : Find new potential buyers (retailers, boutiques, gift shops, etc.) from Faire & Etsy search
