Role: Backend Executive

Department: Loans Login Team (PL / BL)

Location: As Assigned

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify customer documents received for Personal Loan (PL) / Business Loan (BL) login.

• Check KYC, bank statements, income proofs, GST documents, business proofs, and eligibility documents.

• Ensure all files are complete and accurate before forwarding for credit assessment.

• Coordinate with sales teams for missing or incorrect documents.

• Upload customer documents into the loan login portal or company CRM system.

• Maintain daily login reports and track file status (pending, logged-in, approved, rejected).

• Communicate regularly with credit teams for file updates or clarifications.

• Ensure login TAT is maintained and files are processed on time.

• Keep proper record management of physical and digital documents.

• Support audit requirements and compliance checks

  Required Skills:

• Good understanding of loan documentation (PL/BL preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PDF handling, scanning).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to work under TAT-based timelines.

• Experience in financial institutions is an added advantage.

  Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / Intermediate with relevant experience.

• 0–6 months experience in loan backend or operations will be preferred.

  Compensation:

• Fixed salary - 10000-12000
