Position: Backend Executive – Loan Processing
Department: Operations / Loan Processing
Key Responsibilities
Verify and scrutinize customer loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and submit loan applications to banks/NBFCs.
Coordinate with sales teams, customers, and banking partners for pending requirements.
Track loan files from login to approval and disbursement.
Maintain accurate records of customer data and loan applications.
Update MIS reports and daily status reports.
Ensure compliance with banking policies and company guidelines.
Follow up on sanction letters, agreements, and disbursement status.
Resolve documentation and processing-related issues promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of loan documentation and processing.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Additional certification in Banking, Finance, or Operations is an advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in loan processing, banking operations, mortgage processing, or backend operations.
Experience handling Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Mortgage Loans is preferred.

Number of loan files processed.
Accuracy of documentation and data entry.
Loan approval and disbursement turnaround time (TAT).
Error-free file submission rate.
Compliance with banking and company policies.
