Backend Executive

We are hiring a Backend Executive with prior experience or domain knowledge in lending, loan management, or financial services. You'll build and maintain backend systems that power loan application workflows, credit checks, disbursements, and more — working closely with our loan executives and product team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services for loan processing, approval, and servicing

• Integrate with KYC, credit bureaus, and banking systems

• Work on databases, authentication, and secure data handling

• Collaborate with loan officers and frontend teams to align tech with business

• Ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with financial regulations

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in backend

• Prior experience in lending, banking, or fintech domain is mandatory

• Knowledge of loan lifecycle, credit checks, or financial APIs is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with credit bureau or bank statement APIs

• Familiarity with RBI or other regulatory guidelines (for India)
