Key Responsibilities:

Seller Account Support:

• Assist sellers in onboarding, account setup, and compliance with platform guidelines.

• Address seller queries promptly regarding products, stock, and pricing.

  
  Product Listing & Catalog Management:

• Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.

• Ensure product data is complete, standardized, and optimized for marketplace visibility.

  
  Price & Stock Management:

• Monitor and update product prices, offers, and stock availability regularly.

• Coordinate with sellers to manage low-stock situations and pricing updates.

  
  Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of seller interactions, listing updates, and operational metrics.

• Assist in preparing periodic performance reports for internal teams.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with Freshers.
