Key Responsibilities:
Seller Account Support:
Assist sellers in onboarding, account setup, and compliance with platform guidelines.
Address seller queries promptly regarding products, stock, and pricing.
Product Listing & Catalog Management:
Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.
Ensure product data is complete, standardized, and optimized for marketplace visibility.
Price & Stock Management:
Monitor and update product prices, offers, and stock availability regularly.
Coordinate with sellers to manage low-stock situations and pricing updates.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of seller interactions, listing updates, and operational metrics.
Assist in preparing periodic performance reports for internal teams.
