Job Title: Backend Loan Manager (DSA Channel)

Job Summary
The Backend Loan Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end operational lifecycle of loan files sourced via Direct Selling Agents. You will be the primary point of contact for DSAs, helping them navigate bank portals, resolving documentation queries, and ensuring timely payouts. Your success is measured by the conversion ratio of "File Logged-in" to "Amount Disbursed."
Key Responsibilities
File Coordination: Receive and vet loan application files from DSAs to ensure they meet the specific criteria of various banks/NBFCs.
Bank Liaison: Coordinate daily with Bank RMs (Relationship Managers) and Credit Officers to track the status of logged files and resolve "holds" or queries.
DSA Support: Act as a helpdesk for partners regarding product knowledge, policy updates, and required documentation for different loan variants.
Payout Management: Accurately calculate and track commissions/payouts for DSAs based on disbursed volumes; manage the monthly invoicing process.
Portal Management: Upload and manage data on internal CRMs and various bank partner portals.
Disbursement Tracking: Ensure all post-sanction formalities (agreement signing, PDC collection, etc.) are completed swiftly to trigger disbursement.
Retention: Maintain strong relationships with high-performing DSAs to ensure they prioritize your channel for their business.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 3–5 years in the DSA/Channel partner segment of a Bank, NBFC, or a large Loan Aggregator.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, and Personal Loans.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to push Bank RMs for faster file movement and handle tough conversations with agents regarding file rejections.
Multitasking: Capable of managing 50+ active files across multiple lending partners simultaneously.
Proficiency: Expert in Excel (for payout calculations) and familiarity with digital loan journeys.
