Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in scanning and digitization projects.
Candidates with experience in Judiciary/Government projects will be preferred.
Must have prior experience managing a team of at least 30 associates.
Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
Good communication skills in English; Hindi will be an added advantage.
Candidate should be comfortable with flexible shifts and weekly offs.
Strong team management, coordination, and reporting skills are required.

Manage and supervise a team of 30+ associates.
Monitor daily productivity, attendance, and work quality.
Coordinate day-to-day scanning and digitization activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned targets.
Handle team-related issues and coordinate with the project/client team.
Prepare and share regular performance and progress reports.
