Back Office Team Leader

JOB ROLE :-

• Supervise physical application receipt and ensure acknowledgement copies with barcodes are generated accurately.

• Ensure all applications are scanned within defined timelines

• Oversee FTP uploads of scanned files and confirm batch creation on the server.

• Verify outward packet creation, ensuring correct pickup IDs and barcode ranges.

• Allocate work to executives and monitor task completion.

• Provide on-the-job training and guidance for process adherence.

• Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues.

• Ensure backup resource readiness for continuity of work.

• Conduct random checks on scanned files to ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy.

• Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and client requirements.

• Maintain compliance with internal and client data-handling policies.

• Coordinate with the Manager for escalations and issue resolution.

• Share daily operational reports (volumes scanned, errors, delays, etc.).

• Maintain logs for inward, scanning, outward, and FTP upload activities.
