Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the travel operations team (drivers, coordinators, and customer support).

• Oversee daily route planning, scheduling, and vehicle dispatching.

• Maintain strong communication between management and field staff.

• Handle team recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.

• Resolve client issues, ensure high service standards, and manage feedback.

• Coordinate with partners, vendors, and service centers for vehicle management.

• Manage documentation, trip records, and reporting for smooth operations.

• Support digital tracking and travel management tools integration.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in team handling or operations (preferably in travel, logistics, or transport).

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Knowledge of fleet management, route planning, and basic tech tools (Google Sheets, CRM, etc.).

• Graduate or equivalent qualification; MBA preferred.

• Ability to multitask under pressure and handle on-ground issues calmly.
