Main responsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness of office areas, including workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms as assigned.��Serve water, tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors during office hours and meetings.��Handle internal document movement: delivering files, photocopying, scanning, filing, and bringing documents to different departments.��Run office errands such as going to the bank, post office, courier service, or nearby vendors when required.��Monitor and restock office supplies like stationery, pantry items, drinking water, and cleaning materials.��Assist reception and admin staff with simple tasks, such as guiding visitors, handling basic queries, and helping in meeting room setup.��
