*Role Overview*

This is not just a ball-picking job. You’ll be at the heart of daily operations, helping ensure smooth practice sessions for our clients while maintaining the BatBox energy on the field.

*Responsibilities*

• Assist in daily practice sessions (ball collection, machine loading, net setup)

• Operate bowling machines (training will be provided)

• Interact with players and ensure they have a great experience

• Help maintain nets, equipment, and overall facility

• Support the team in day-to-day operations

*Qualifications*

• Minimum 12th pass (Freshers welcome)

• Disciplined and easy-going personality

• Basic communication skills

• Passion for cricket (a big plus)

• Willingness to learn and grow with the team

No prior experience required — full training will be provided.
