We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Founder’s Office Intern to join our team at Trustopay Innovations Pvt Ltd in Vadodara, located at Ajwa Road. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers a performance-based stipend and opportunities for growth.
Ensure that critical data and operational information remain accurate, accessible, and support smooth business operations.
Verify the accuracy of internal and external communications, documents, and reports; make corrections and identify irregularities promptly.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files, schedules, and documents for leadership-level access.
Support the Founders and leadership team with meeting coordination, research assignments, and strategic documentation.
Generate reports, summaries, and presentation materials to support business planning and decision-making.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business, financial, and operational information at all times.
Collaborate with other departments (Tech, HR, Marketing) on cross-functional projects when required.
We are seeking candidates with a graduate degree (pursuing or completed) & 0–1 years of experience in operations, data handling, back-office, or administrative work, who are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic research and reporting tools. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
