Role Overview:
This is a high-trust, high-impact role for a sharp, well-organized professional who can enhance productivity, drive research and coordination, and manage both business and personal workflows with precision. You will act as an executive extension to a senior leader —handling everything from sales support, lead generation, research, calendar control, and personal admin to real-time decision support.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Business Operations & Sales Enablement
Manage emails, draft professional responses, and follow up with internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, set reminders, and ensure readiness for every interaction
Conduct online research across real estate, coworking, investment markets; compile insights and summaries
Update CRM systems, track leads, assist with cold outreach, and send proposals
Maintain accurate expense reports, sales documents, and partner files
Assist in LinkedIn content management for thought leadership and engagement
Support outreach and reporting across flexible workspace, real estate, and partnership segments
Design simple reports, presentations, or dashboards as required (Excel, PowerPoint)
B. Personal Assistance & Productivity Support
Organize personal calendar, appointments, and errands
Handle personal shopping (online and offline), do price/quality comparisons, and make best-value decisions
Manage reservations, bookings, and lifestyle arrangements with discretion
Maintain personal files, receipts, records, and other confidential data securely
Act as an extension of the executive, enabling more focus on leadership and strategy
Ideal Candidate Traits:
Extremely organized, structured, and methodical
High trust, understands the value of confidentiality; NDA signing required
Resourceful, great at internet research and “figuring it out” independently
Fluent in written/spoken English with strong email drafting skills
Tech-savvy, can use AI tools mandatory, LinkedIn, CRMs, Excel, and automation platforms comfortably
Open-minded and versatile – willing to handle anything from scheduling business meetings to shopping comparisons
Bonus If You Have:
Background in Real Estate, Sales, or Executive Assistance
Located in Gurgaon and own a two-wheeler (optional)
Experience supporting high-performing executives or entrepreneurs
