Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our jewelry store. The ideal candidate will handle inventory records, billing coordination, documentation, and ensure smooth backend operations in alignment with retail and jewelry industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update inventory records of gold, diamond, and other jewelry items.

  • Handle billing entries, invoices, and purchase/sales documentation.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate stock availability.

  • Manage vendor records, purchase orders, and inward/outward entries.

  • Perform data entry in ERP/software related to jewelry management.

  • Assist in stock audits and reconciliation of physical vs system stock.

  • Maintain proper documentation of certifications (hallmark, diamond grading, etc.).

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

  • Handle customer records and follow-ups when required.

  • Ensure proper filing and record-keeping for compliance and audits.
