Job Description

Collect, verify, and update KYC documents of labour staff (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, etc.).Handle online punching data and verify daily attendance records.Cross-check attendance with field staff and supervisors.Prepare and maintain attendance reports in Excel.Support PF and ESIC related work, including basic data entry and record maintenance.Coordinate with accounts and HR for salary processing.Maintain proper filing of physical and digital records.Follow up for missing documents and incorrect punching data.Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.Required Skills & Knowledge:Basic knowledge of PF and ESIC is mandatory.Experience in online attendance or punching systems.Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.Ability to read, write, and type (Marathi preferred if applicable).Good coordination and follow-up skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in data work.
