The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in handling tender documentation, bid submissions, and all related activities in the tendering process. If you have a passion for ensuring accurate and timely submission of tenders and a good understanding of tender procedures, this role is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities:*Identify tender opportunities through online and offline platforms.* Manage tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and other platforms.Preparation and submission of technical and financial bids in line with tender requirements.*Coordinate with different departments for documentation, vendor registrations, and queries related to tenders.*Review tender documents and ensure compliance with tender requirements.*Maintain and update tender documentation, records, and reports.*Monitor the tender status and follow up on bid results.*Ensure timely submission of tenders and support in post-tender negotiations if needed.*Build relationships with key stakeholders and government officials for tendering processes.*Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and changes in tendering procedures.
