✅ Manage customer return and refund requests as per company policies
✅ Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries
✅ Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all return cases
✅ Work closely with the customer service team to provide quick resolutions
✅ Maintain reports on return trends, escalations, and pending cases
