Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Back Office Executive to support our
operations. The role involves handling government RFPs, vendor coordination, client
communication, and internal IT documentation. This position is ideal for candidates with a
strong technical foundation and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Study Government RFPs and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases and service-related issues
• Manage client communication and email correspondence
• Maintain internal IT documentation and inventory records
• Prepare quotations and competitive costing proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Accounts and Operations
Requirements
• Working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry
