We are looking for a Back Office Staff to join our team at Mejor Info Services Pvt Ltd. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.
Follow up with all team member to do timely entries and signing in the physical Order book for any order within same day.
Ensure that the data remains accurate, accessible, and contributes to smooth operations.
Verify data accuracy, make corrections, and identify irregularities in a timely manner from Tally as and when required. So, Tally experience is a must.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is B.Com Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience of back office using Tally and follow up with team members. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong follow up skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 5 days working & Saturdays with OT option.
