We’re seeking a active "Office Assistant" to join our company.

Skills & Qualifications

The male candidate must have a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler.

• 8th std to 12th

• More preference to candidates belongs to nearest localities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Tamil, English

• Age- 21-35

Full job description

  • Keep office equipment and furniture in good condition.

  • Serve tea, coffee, or refreshments to MD & guests.

  • Assist in Exhibitions which stocks and items to be moved and sent to the respective venues.

  • Provide support to staff members by helping with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks.

  • Ensure that restrooms are clean and stocked with essential supplies.

  • Ensure the office premises are secure, including locking doors and windows at the end of the day.

  • Perform any other office-related duties as directed by the supervisor or management.
