Job Description: Back Office Support (Documentation & Excel Work)

Position: Back Office Executive – Documentation & Excel Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all documentation related to solar panel projects (quotations, proposals, agreements, installation files, etc.).

  • Maintain and update customer records, project files, and order documents.

  • Prepare and manage Excel sheets for project tracking, sales data, customer status, and daily reports.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to collect required documents from customers.

  • Verify documents and ensure accuracy before submitting to the concerned department.

  • Assist the processing team with paperwork required for subsidies, loans, and approvals.

  • Follow up with customers and internal teams for pending documents.

  • Manage emails, data entry, and filing work.

  • Ensure timely submission of project documents to management.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).

  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

  • Basic understanding of solar project documents (preferred).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.

  • Experience in documentation or back-office work preferred.

  • Experience in the solar industry is an advantage.

Work Location: Office-based
