Job Description

This is a full time backend office and field job as a Backend Administrator. He/she will be required to:

manages internal systems, and administrative processes, including maintaining property listings, managing contracts and documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and troubleshooting operational issues for efficient back-office functions.

Responsibilities

Ensure proper maintenance of all files and documents, & timely & proper filing.

Ensure and process timely payments to concerned vendors.

Administer backend systems for property management.

Coordinate appointments, meetings.

Organize and manage physical and digital files.

Process invoices, bills, and other financial documents.

Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure smooth workflows.

Manage office supplies and equipment, and liaise with vendors.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Data entry and document management skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
