Back Office Staff

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to support our University Program. The role involves connecting with colleges and universities, coordinating with students and faculty members, and helping drive awareness and participation for campus initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, networking, student engagement, and working on large-scale university outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with colleges, universities, and student communities

• Coordinate with students, faculty members, and campus representatives

• Build and maintain relationships with student clubs and organizations

• Support onboarding and engagement of student ambassadors

• Follow up with colleges regarding meetings, presentations, and events

• Assist in planning and executing campus outreach activities

• Coordinate student registrations and maintain databases

• Track programme progress and prepare weekly reports

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of the programme

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable speaking with students, faculty members, and college authorities

• Good organizational and coordination abilities

• Confident in making calls, sending emails, and following up regularly

• Basic knowledge of social media and student engagement activities

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

• Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and email communication

• Interest in education, student communities, or campus programmes

Preferred Profile

• Recent graduates or students pursuing graduation/post-graduation

• Prior experience in campus activities, student clubs, events, or coordination roles is preferred

• Candidates with good networking and relationship-building skills will be preferred

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
