Job Overview: We are looking for a reliable Back Office Assistant to handle a mix of physical product handling and digital record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are packed correctly and that all transaction data is accurately captured in Excel.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Handling: Carefully bagging and labeling products according to order specifications.
Data Entry: Entering daily stock and order details into MS Excel spreadsheets.
Record Maintenance: Updating and maintaining basic sheets to track dispatched items.
Quality Check: Ensuring the physical quantity of products matches the digital data entry.
Communication Skills : Have basic communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi to speak with suppliers/customers to share order information or resolve conflicts
Requirements & Skills:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) or Graduate.
Excel Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel (Data entry, creating tables, and using simple formulas like =SUM).
Attention to Detail: Ability to double-check product labels and numerical entries.
Language: Basic proficiency in English (for reading Excel headers and Communication/understanding) and fluency in Hindi/Marathi.

Shift: 8 working hours - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Mon - Sat )
