Back Office Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Supplier Coordination Associate to support our sourcing and procurement activities. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys interacting with suppliers, coordinating quotations, and assisting in vendor selection and purchase processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential suppliers based on business requirements.

• Contact suppliers via phone, email, and other communication channels to request product catalogues, pricing, and quotations.

• Coordinate with suppliers to gather technical specifications, product information, and commercial details.

• Compare supplier offerings based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and other selection criteria.

• Follow up with suppliers to negotiate basic commercial terms and ensure timely responses.

• Assist in vendor evaluation, selection, and onboarding processes.

• Coordinate internally with relevant teams to understand procurement requirements.

• Support purchase negotiations and assist in the deal closure process.

• Maintain an organized database of suppliers, quotations, catalogues, and procurement records.

• Track procurement activities and provide regular status updates.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
