Job Title: Back Office Sales Executive / Telecaller

Location: Govindpura, Bhopal

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Back Office Sales Executive / Telecaller who will connect with interested leads, generate meetings, and support our Solar & Financial Services business.

This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in communication and want to build a career in sales and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up on warm and generated leads
Explain company services related to Solar Solutions & Financial Products
Fix meetings for the field sales team
Maintain daily call reports and lead updates in CRM
Ensure proper lead qualification and follow-up
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Coordinate with internal sales team for smooth closure

Skills Required

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Confidence in speaking with customers on phone
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM entry)
Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
Target-driven and positive attitude

Eligibility

Any Graduate / 12th Pass with experience
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Customer Support preferred
