Tender Executive – Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit tender documents, bids, and proposals
• Search and track relevant tenders from portals (Government / Private)
• Handle complete tendering process from identification to submission
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs
• Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
• Maintain records of tenders, contracts, and related documents
• Follow up on submitted tenders and track results
• Understand tender requirements and eligibility criteria
• Manage EMD, tender fees, and documentation compliance
• Communicate with clients for clarifications and updates
