Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Prepare and send quotations for scales, balances, and measuring instruments.
Follow up with leads, negotiate, and close sales.
Coordinate with the dispatch and technical teams for order execution.
Maintain CRM data and ensure 100% follow-up closure.
Assist the marketing team with product listings, pricing updates, and customer database management.
Communicate with dealers, distributors, and repeat customers for new product requirements.
Maintain product knowledge across categories of all types of Lab Instruments and Analytical Instruments
Required Skills & Profile
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inside sales / back-office sales (preferably in industrial products or instruments).
Strong communication (spoken & written English + Hindi + Marathi).
Good negotiation and closing ability over phone/email.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and quotation drafting.
Exposure to CRM tools preferred.
Technical aptitude to understand weighing and measuring instruments.
Education
Graduate in Science, Engineering, or Commerce (preferred: Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields).
Should be able to grasp the technical workings of a product easily
