Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Sales Executive to join our team at T-Vision Services. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 17,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and prepare sales quotations.
Handling incoming and outgoing Emails professionally.
Follow up with customer on sales orders and with suppliers on purchase orders and deliveries.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Source products and obtain quotations from vendors.
Making Purchase Orders and Purchase Invoice.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement.
Track order status and follow up on deliveries.
Maintain sales and purchase records in Excel.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Resolve customer and supplier issues professionally.
Courier Tracking.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
