Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Clients for order processing, quotations, and follow-ups

Handle customer inquiries and provide product or order-related support

Follow up with customers for order confirmation, delivery status, and payments

Maintain customer records, pricing details, and sales data

Handle IndiaMART inquiries, prepare quotatio…

Prepare and maintain proforma invoices

Support accounts team in basic invoicing (invoice preparation, verification)

Assist in order processing, dispatch coordination, and shipment tracking
